Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find my serial number?
Each chassis has a unique serial number that is usually on the name plate in the driver’s compartment.
My car was originally built prior to these docs, but has been clipped since then. Which do I go off of?
All cars are clipped with the latest in technology unless specified otherwise by the chassis owner at the time of repair. Your frame heights will still be the same and your car will be designed to work at your original frame heights, again, unless otherwise specified at the time of repair.
How do I square my rear end in the chassis for setup?
There are squaring tabs located on the rear clip to square the rear end in the car and begin chassis setup. If you need assistance in working with these tabs, call us for a further explanation.
What do you recommend for shocks, springs, etc.?
Each chassis comes with specific notes about baseline setup suggestions. Of course, each track is different and while we try to think of common scenarios, it’s impossible to envision every situation customers may find themselves in. For specific setup questions, call our tech line at 704-660-0202.
